Meaning:

Sri tALLapAka annamAcArya describes the wedding of AnDAL (Sri Devi incarnate) with Sri Venkateswara Swamy expounding on the qualities of Lakshmi Devi. This song is set in a context where women gather to witness the wedding, and is written as if the women attendees are teasing the bride. At the same time, her suitability to marry is extolled by enumerating her transcendent virtues. The descriptive words in CaraNams ending with suffix 'aTa' aptly showcase the usage of reported speech inTelugu as the song is set in a tone where women are talking to themselves without directly addressing the bride.
