ghOsha kuTIra payO ghRta cOraM - the thief of milk and ghee (clarified butter) from the cottages of the cowherds' village,
gOkula bRndAvana sancAram - the one wandering about (grazing cows) in Gokula and Brindavana.

vENu ravAmRta pAna kaThOraM - the one who is persistent/filled with drinking (enjoying) the ambrosial music of the flute,
viSva sthiti laya hEtu vihAram - the one who playfully causes the protection and dissolution of this universe.

parama hamsa hrt-panjara kIraM - the parakeet residing in the cage that is the heart of enlightened souls,
