Meaning:
Indra is coming, exclaiming, "Is this privilege that I enjoy within the reach of anyone else?" Wearing rich golden garments and decked in gem-studded jewels he is coming to have exclusive Darshana. Singing the glorious name, Hari, sweetly, and exclaiming, "Can anyone else dream of serving Hari with affectionate devotion like me?" Extolling Hari, "My penance has borne fruit today," here comes Indra, singing exquisitely and praying, to feast his eyes on Hari who has a face resplendent like the moon in the company of SItA Devi - daughter of Mother Earth.
