Meaning:
How ravishingly beautiful RAma's face must be to charm, fascinate, and attract even ascetics! What overpowering influence would it have on devotees who, having unshakable faith in the existence of God, stand before Him, their hearts melting in devotional fervor. Is that vision of the entrancing halo of the Lord vouchsafing to me, the result of the blessings of high-souled BhUsuras, or of the austerities practiced by me in previous births, or of my ardent worship and obeisance? Or is it characteristic of Him whenever he takes an incarnation? When Lord Shiva, adored by KubEra, the god of wealth, extols RAma, small wonder that His countenance is so extraordinarily enchanting.
