Meaning:

rE rasanE - O Tongue!
piba - Drink
rAmarasaM - the nectar that is Rama.

caraNam 1

(Drink the nectar)
dUrIkrta pAtaka samsargaM - that makes all association with sin far-removed,
pUrita nAnAvidha phalavargam - that is filled with (the essence of) many different fruits.

caraNam 2

(Drink the nectar)
janana maraNa bhaya SOka vidUraM - that takes away birth and death, fear and sorrow,
sakala SAstra nigamAgama sAram - that is the essence of all the scriptures - Vedas, Agamas etc.

caraNam 3

(Drink the nectar)
paripAlita sarasija garbhANDaM - that protects the universe created by the lotus-born Brahma,
parama pavitrIkrta pAshaNDam - that makes even a heretic or hypocrite immensely pure.

caraNam 4

(Drink the nectar)
Suddha paramahamsASrama gItaM - that is sung in the hermitages of pure, enlightened souls,
Suka Saunaka kauSika mukha pItam - that is drunk by the sages beginning with Shuka, Shaunaka and Vishvamitra.

Note:

In the fourth Charanam 'mukha' can also mean mouth and hence that phrase can mean "drunk by the mouths of sages Shuka, Shaunaka and Vishvamitra"
