Meaning:

pallavi

bhagavAn - The Supreme Lord
khElati - amuses himself,
piNDANDE - in the cosmos, that encompasses the human body.

caraNam 1

saH ahaM hamsaH - 'I am he, the Hamsa',
iti - (stating) thus,
(the Supreme Lord amuses himself in the cosmos.)

caraNam 2

paramatmA ahaM - I am the Supreme Soul,
paripUrNaH ahaM - I am complete, absolute,
brahma Eva ahaM - The Supreme Being is me,
ahaM brahma - (and) I am the Supreme Being iti - (stating) thus,
(the Supreme Lord amuses himself in the cosmos.)

caraNam 3

(In the cosmos, that encompasses the human body,)
tvak cakshuH Sruti jihvA ghrANE - which has (the senses) skin, eye, ear, tongue and nose,
panca vidha prANa upasthAnE - which is the abiding place of the five kinds of Prana,
(the Supreme Lord amuses himself.)

(In the cosmos, that encompasses the human body)
Sabda sparsha rasa Adika mAtrE - which experiences (sense perceptions like) sound, touch, taste etc.,
sAttvika rAjasa tAmasa mitrE - which is closely associated with Sattvika, Rajasa and Tamasa Gunas,
(the Supreme Lord amuses himself.)

(In the cosmos, that encompasses the human body,)
buddhi manaH citta ahaMkArE - which comprises of the intellect, thoughts, mind and ego,
bhU jala tEjO gagana samIrE - which consists of (the five elements,) the earth, water, fire, sky and wind,
(the Supreme Lord amuses himself)

(The Supreme Lord)
paramahamsa rUpENa vihartA - the one who sports in the form of enlightened souls,
brahma vishNu rudra Adika kartA - the creator of Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva and others,
(amuses himself in the cosmos.)
