Meaning:
RAma, the illustrious wielder of the KOdanDa bow is holding court (with SIta by His side) in royal splendor like the conjunction of the moon and the star ROhini. Let us prostrate before Him and wipe off our sins, root and branch. Delighting the hearts of the people who have assembled and acknowledging the obeisance of celestial damsels and the deities in charge of wealth and supernatural powers, with SIta DEvi on His lap like a golden creeper across His bosom, the Lord of KOdanDa is holding court. Let us go have his Darshana and salute him.
